30 days of balancing on 1 leg. It could be as simple as just lifting 1 heel while your other foot is planted flat on the ground (while standing!) or as advanced as holding a yoga tree pose. Please listen to your body & only do what you feel comfortable with.
*According to a study done by the American Heart Association the ability to balance on one leg may reflect brain health and stroke risk. Yikes! Let's keep our brains & bodies young! ***Don't forget to register
