These 5 basic exercises will target your Biceps, Triceps, & all three Deltoid "heads".
If you don't own a pair of dumbbells, don't panic . . . just use a couple soup cans or some water bottles. A 15 oz can or 16.9oz water bottle is about 2 pounds. The perfect weight if you are just starting out.
Always remember to listen to your body & only complete reps within your comfort zone.
