Always wonder how we pick our monthly reads?
We start with 5 choices and vote, majority wins. BUT every 6 months we gather all the runner's up and vote on those. December's winner is our Susan Lucci of the pool. This book has been a choice in a couple monthly votes and now we are finally reading Grimspace by Ann Aguirre! Join us as we discuss this book at a NEW later time 7:30pm.
As the carrier of a rare gene, Sirantha Jax has the ability to jump ships through grimspace-a talent which makes her a highly prized navigator for the Corp. Then a crash landing kills everyone on board, leaving Jax in a jail cell with no memory of the crash. But her fun's not over. And since this is our last book club of the year, we're going to make it a little festive and have a potluck. Feel free to bring a snack or dessert to share (this is by no means an obligation for attendance)
